They were extremely late to my appointment. I had to wait over an hour for them to bring me to the back, and then another 30 minutes in the patient room. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they did not care one bit. The office was easy enough to find. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It does say something about the overall atmosphere and attitude of the office. They schedule appointments like an assembly line, one every five minutes. Be prepared for an extreme wait.
