Dr. Anagnosts staff were very rude. I scheduled with him because my family wanted a second opinion after the care I'd been receiving through the V.A. The staff at the V.A. are normally the ones I would give a low review to. Dr. Anagnost's Office has caused me to now think much more highly of the rude, inconsiderate staff at the V.A. After I exited the exam room, he apparently placed orders for more invasive tests that he didn't tell me about. I asked the scheduling desk if it said what they were for. They tried asking the nurse. The Nurse came up and very rudely refused to tell me. I asked if I could speak to the Dr. she said no, he has other patients. I asked if I could make an appointment, or ask for him to contact me? She said the Dr. will not let me schedule another appointment unless I first have the tests.
(What happened to informed consent?)
I've had two dentists in the past that tried to have me get my wisdom teeth out, before they would even look at my x-rays and see it had been done before. I would rate treatment at Dr Anagnosts practice at this same level of quality, honesty, and professionalism.
