The office cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The front office was rude to my driver who had to take a day off of work to take me to the cancelled appointment which was a full hours drive each way. The entire encounter was disheartening. I have made room in my heart to forgive the office and will continue to suffer with what I believe is a severe case of Spinal Stenosis. I cannot comment on Dr Jeong but I am confident that he is a seasoned professional and will treat me with both dignity and respect.
