This guy is a total tool. I went to him with an issue with my knee. I had been doing therapy for months and had an MRI torn cartilage. He proceeded to tell me I had bursitis and wanted me to do more therapy. I saw another surgeon who performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee. He fixed the torn cartilage and cleaned up under my knee cap where I had bone on bone contact the cartilage was so messed up. Bursitis my rear. I wouldn't take my enemy to him for care.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. but he is the only doc that I have been to that takes me seriously.

This is one of THE WORST Dr.'s offices around! If you value your time at all, do not book an appointment with Dr. Edward Green's office. First of all, my husband's appointment was at 1:50pm. He took time off of work to be at the appointment. While he is there waiting, he notices the other "side" of the front desk seems to be moving patients in and out at what most would consider an acceptable time frame. Apparently THAT Dr. understands that the world does not revolve around him. An hour and 20 minutes into his wait in the waiting room, my husband called me and told me what was going on. I could feel his frustration since the same thing happened to me when I had my appointment there. I told him to ask "Doreen" up front if he should come back when the Dr. is free and then to write ANOTHER suggestion and put it in the box. He declined as he had done it on several other visits and it obviously did no good. He also said that he struck up conversation with the 1:40 appt and she was livid too. She had Doreen paged several times and Doreen never responded. Why would they schedule an appt. at 1:40 and one at 1:50? I know a lot of offices do this but it is not right! Anyhow, they finally bring my husband into the room and after waiting there for another 30 minutes, he then had to listen to the Dr. he was suppose to see at 1:50 carry on a conversation in the hallway for another 10 minutes. After all was said and done, Dr. Green came in the room stayed for approximately 1-2 minutes and referred my husband to another DR. My husband waited a total of two hours and saw Dr. Green for 2 minutes. It is totally unacceptable to treat your patients this way Dr. Green. I don't know why you think that other people's time isn't as valuable as yours. I did call the bldg. administrator and asked to speak with Doreen who is apparently Dr. Green's front desk manager. She would not take my call. She told the administrator to tell me that the doctor was probably tied up with x-rays and or surgery. Aren't there well paid x-ray technicians in that office? And why do they schedule routine appointments on days that they do surgery? Seems a little silly. Maybe they are overextending themselves at that office. Totally unimpressed with their people skills. Save yourself time and frustration (and in some cases money) and find another Orthopedic Dr.
