They didn't return my phone call for an appt,. Their staff was friendly enough, . I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
