Doctor is 1st rate, is a shoulder specialist. Cannot see him after the 1st visit, only Physician Assistants. Office staff is mediocre at best, act like they and their schedule and time is more important than yours. Female P.A. is a contrarian and talks down to you.

I attended Dr. Schmidt's office for an MRI review. I had called in earlier to confirm my appointment, and they said Dr. is ready to see me. I went 15 minutes early. They first asked me to fill out some paperwork (which was a bit agitating since I had filled them out before). They called my name 15 minutes AFTER my appointment. I waited for another 10 minutes in the patient room before a nurse came in to ask me whether or not I had my MRIs. I explained that the medical staff of the MRI facility (which is in the same facility) had already sent them to the office. She roamed around for another 10 minutes to come back and explain a bunch of fluff to me that I already knew. I asked if anyone was going to review my MRI with me as they said they would. There was no explanation as to what was wrong and what I needed to do. She brought out a piece of paper and read off a sentence from the MRI report with medical jargon on my injury. Then she insisted that the appointment was over. Unacceptable.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen along with Dr Noah Weiss at Sonoma Valley Hospital. They even played the music I requested, during my surgery. I truly appreciate their expertise and the anastesioligists they use.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
