It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
