Not at all. They ignored my questions

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, they were out of everything!

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
