Outstanding Dr./Staff communication with the patient that is presented in an easily understood manner that eases the patients angst of their personal medical condition and options for its maintenance and/or repair.

Spen t a fair amount of time addressing questions even though I was not a candidate for surgery. Also talked with me about my allergy to ibuprofen and suggested other drugs that I should not take.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

No, they are almost always unavailable

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
