Yes, I had to wait quite a while

No, it was expensive.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I'm 1000 times worse than I was before the surgery. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I was shown the door and told to find a good non narcotic pain reliever as there was nothing he could do for me. He's horrible...go somewhere else!

Be careful using Dr.Hartman. He is all talk! Can not stay on your problem during discussion but likes to talk about subjects not even related to your problem. He has a huge personality but just listen he puts words in your mouth. When you need follow up medical services after a not so successful surgery it's over and your off to pain management . Nurse Christi has a false perssonality but turns very rude when you need medical attention or explanations. Don't be fooled by her. Chad is the only caring person in the office . Other staff is rude. Oh yeah, they are friendly until you need them....then you are an inconvenience to them. I truly regret using Dr. Hartman for my surgery. Just don't be fooled by his personality ...he is just average not exceptional .

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, extremely spacious

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
