Worst doctor that I have been too in a long time. My primary doctor referred me to him after being diagnosed with severe neuropathy in both legs to talk about possible intervention. I also mentioned I had severe pain in my ulnar nerve in my arm. He noticed me sitting in the chair across from him and he asked me what I do with my arms when I'm sitting down. Duh ,, I'm sitting in an arm chair. What should I do? Let them dangle down to the floor? He told me "don't do that" What a waste of my time, and $400 in his pocket for 15 minutes..

I went to Dr. Vydrin on a referral and the 1st thing he said when he walked in the room was...I know nothing about you but I read your report. He started talking to me like a 2-yr old & telling me I HAVE TO...Quit my PCA 2-hour Night Job and he will write a note stating I MUST NO LONGER WORK AT NIGHT per his order as well as he demanded I Stop wearing my PRESCRIBED Bifocals glasses and I MUST be in bed by 10pm. He refused to refill my medication that I have been taking since 1991 because he didnt like that kind. I left crying. I have been maintaining my Severe Migraines for years and for him to take me off my current medication which I only take 1 kind and give me something new that makes me incoherent where I CANNOT care for my own patient since I am a LIVE-IN PCA for a medically disabled person. My body is unbalanced now and I feel sick. He refused to allow me to tell him my medical migraine history and said it does not matter anymore. I had Occipital Nerve Block Surgery in 1998 because my migraines are so severe and he would not allow me to speak and for him to demand these things and change my meds to what he likes is WRONG. He does not pay my bills so to tell me to quit my 2-hour night shift is horrible, to tell me to never wear my prescribed glasses again is horrible. He said put them away and dont wear them ever again so now I will be blind and cant see nothing. Seriously??? And to top it off he told me I have to tell my PCP that they should not be giving me heart meds because its a part of my problem??? My heart skips beats and my Propranolol reduces the attacks and for him to tell me to not take it and for me to tell my own PCP they need to stop giving me it is just messed up. Its like this doctor wants me to go into shock and die. I use a CPAP at night and it helps me alot. That was the only thing he agreed with. When I tried to speak to him about my concerns he waved his hand in my face and said just do what I said and I dont need to hear anything else. I was in tears when I left there. I tried the meds he gave me when the next migraine hit and it knocked me out for 5 hours and I could not function at all or care for my patient and it left me with medicine head for 2 days and I didnt feel myself at all. I contacted my PCP right away and told her what happened. Im now getting a new referral to a different Doctor. I dont know what is wrong with Dr. Vydrin's attitude but just because he is in his 70's it does not give him the right to treat patients this way. Shame on you for making my state of mind and body system to be all messed up. I already suffer from PTSD and you caused a bad episode that day.

I saw Dr. Vydrin for Post Concussion Syndrome. Before and after the exam the doctor spoke with me and addressed all of my questions, while looking me square in the eyes. I felt like he really cared about me and didn't rush me out the door like so many doctors do.

Like one of the other reviewers, I too forgot my insurance card but unlike what they say happened, I was treated respectfully by the staff.

I would definitely go back to Dr. Vydrin.

The staff at the office were very rude. They yelled at the staff bringing a client to the appointment for forgetting an insurance card. After being asked which cards were needed they loudly mocked our staff and proceeded to make rude comments. I have never had my staff treated so rudely by a provider in all of my years as a client advocate. If you are expecting professionalism i strongly suggest you find another doctor. The wait was over an hour and the Dr rushed through the appointment.
