I walked into the office at 4 p.m. and there were at least 15 people in there, for one MD. I asked the front desk person how long I might expect to wait and was told about 30 minutes. It took 90. At the end of my appointment I asked the doctor if he usually runs that late. He avoided the question but intimated that it was customary. The front desk had the same response, no apology ... just an assumption that the doctor is more important than I am and that I should be glad to sit in his dirty, uncomfortable office and wait for 2 hours for 4 minutes of his time. No thanks. Seemed like a disrespectful practice and I would not go back. I will find another podiatrist.

As for the service I received he told me to take aspirin for 3 weeks and come back in for a reassessment. I wanted treatment not more appointments where I have to wait an interminably long time.

I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and parking was convenient. That is where the good experience stopped.

I was surprised to see that Dr. Croft's rating was not higher on this site. For what it's worth, he is an amazing doctor who really does go above and beyond to care for each patient. He's an old school doctor who puts the needs of the patient first and makes sure all questions are answered and concerns alleviated.

To those who complain about long waits at the office (which I've never experienced) ... unlike some doctors, Dr. Croft takes the time to make sure that every question a patient has and that great care is given in their treatment. He does not run a "revolving door" type practice where he is more concerned about the number of patients he sees rather than the quality of care. If you want a doctor who TRULY cares about his patients, Dr. Croft is they go-to guy for podiatry in the area.

To the previous poster making remarks about Dr. Croft's wife ... shame on you. A personal attack on a family is no excuse to try to prove a point. The entire staff (including her) has been nothing but warm towards my family and I for many years.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
