I visited this practice first time, wirh a rather urgent issue.I got an appointm right away.The practice does not lack parients, which is a good sign.However even with a busy practice, when needed I got seen right away.I waited for awhile, but it didn t bother me.Everybody was nice and made sure I felt very comfortable.My issue was greatly taken care of, very professionally, so I feel confident going back. I do agree with a previous comment, I would rather wait a bit and see a "not revolving door" policy, and feel staff, especially dr, really cares about patients.Sometimes, depending on case, consultation make take longer, or maybe treatment has to be explained twice, and it is nice to see they care about patients, rather to be short but on time. It is caring, not a marathon.I feel greatful for Dr. Croft care and having their care in our community.
