The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.

There was lots of available parking at Nathan J Spencer, DC's office. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
