I felt very upset about this clinic. They are cheating the patient. They've never explained very well about insurance coverage especially for who is not good at English. As example, they offered nitrous oxide for only extraction. The cost is much more expensive than the extraction. I won't recommend anyone to visit this office. Moreover, I've tried to contact them to explain and they were very bad customer service. She even raised my voice with me. That's terrible.

I have never in my life been to a doctor or dentist and experienced what I did at this office. After pulling my teeth with gold crowns I asked for them back. They had already thrown them away. I could hear the office girls in the next room making grose noises and saying they didn't want to get my teeth out of the bin where they threw them. They gave me one gold crown back in bleach to "clean it" Can you imagine if the other teeth mine came in contact with had aids or hepatitis? I was told they couldn't "find" the other crown five minutes after pulling it. Then at check out the secretary told me it was $400 instead of the $350 that my personal dentist confirmed for me while they were on the phone with Garber's office. The woman pretty much called me a liar to my face saying that they must have been talking to some other dentist when I was standing right in front of the secretary when she made the call. Finally I had to wait hours for my pain medication because he wrote the prescription without a strength on it and had to be called. Truthfully, a terribly horrible experience all around with this dentist.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
