I love Dr. Yu's office. I have already referred her to several people, including my mother. Dr Yu is very pleasant and accomodating. She even walked downstairs while pregnant to have a specialist see me! She always goes the extra mile and I wouldn't consider anyone else!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left because of the lack of service I recieved from Dr. Yu/

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
