The office manager is very rude has no compassion and does not care to understand the patient. I asked for a breakdown of my billing and she said she doesn't have a breakdown she can give me nor can she give me what I have been charged and what I have paid. She told me she can just refund today's visit and I can leave, all because I wanted an explanation of my bill as I was told my balance was $188.89 and when I got to appointment she said they made a mistake it's $255.00 bit yet couldn't explain or show me the bill. She was rude and disrespectful and told me I can leave if I'm not happy clearly they don't need patients. She is miserable and clearly needs a new job. Yes they have lost a patient of over 4 years. I hope Dr Krantz gets a replacement office manager or I can see other patients leaving. She is horrible and nasty!
What is she hiding that she can't produce a bill to me showing me charges and payments made???

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
