Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Waiting for your appointment is frustrating, office is typically 1 hour behind and God forbid if you are a few minutes late for your scheduled appt (even though you know you'll be waiting there for a long time before being seen), they move you to the bottom of the list. Waiting room is in need of an update, it's short of space and staff seems to lacks patience. Need to change providers and soon!

No, I never saw one
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, multiple people had to stand
