Sometimes it's difficult to schedule an appointment sooner than later.
The wait time can be short or long depending on the visit. Sometimes it can be over 15 minutes which is NEVER good!
Sometimes it also feels somewhat rushed. Have to slow down and tell the medical aids and the doctor the reasons for the visit more than once for clarification.
Overall, she's relatively friendly as well as the medical staff. Just wished that they weren't that rushed or care more for the patient then the amount of patients they see.

Stay away from this doctor!
I've been going to her for about 4-5 years, she was never great, but decent. My last experience made me run away from her.
To begin with, she's the kind of doctor that orders every possible test she can milk your insurance for. Numerous shots, extensive blood work etc.
In December I came in for my physical, and it just happened that I was getting over a very bad flu. I was sick for about 5-6 days with fever and a very sore throat, she tested me for strep and I told her that I had a fever the day before. She said I'm due for my tentus shot and since I'm the office, I should get it. I told her that I've been sick and my immune system is down, how can you possible administer a vacination at time like this? She insured me that I'll be fine. Needless to say, the next day my fever was back and I felt 100 times worse. I called her office saying that and she prescribed me 4 days of antibiotics. It took me 3 weeks to fully recover, one of which I spent in bed. All through the winter I was getting a cold every couple of weeks, just as I felt I was getting better, I would get sick again.
In February, my neck started to hurt, I suspected something was up with my thyroid. I didn't want to go back to Kogan, since I lost all my trust in her. I went to another doctor and after numerous tests I was diagnosed with subacute thyroiditis. One of the causes of this disease is a weaked immune system. I have no history of thyroid issues in my family and this sickness is a result of my shattered immune system, thanks to Dr. Kogan trying to make every pennie possible. My hormone levels are all over the place, there is nothing I can take to balance it out, I can just wait it out ... I spent hundereds of dollars of blood work, ultra sound and thyroid uptake scan! Now, after the scan, a biopsy was recommended for the nodules on my neck to rule out the worst possible diagnosis.
Stay away from Kogan!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.
