There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
