I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
