They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Although the office staff performed their jobs well, "Dr." Kubina's care was sorely lacking. Unprofessional and inept are the only descriptive words for this "physician." Would not EVER recommend.
