Dr. Biss... worst doctor ever!! He performed surgery on me WRONG. Had to have it redone by another doctor.

They answered my questions and spent time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I was very disappointed with the results and the follow up treatment I was / was not given. I don't feel that my needs and concerns were addressed. My situation is worse now.
