I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I have been with Dr. White for over 15 years and would never go elsewhere. She is professional, open and friendly, and has taken great care of my eyes over the years. The Eyeglasses Shop, in which her office is located, has provided me with the most outstanding customer service experience of my consumer life. Without exaggeration I can say that these people will take care of you, make sure you get what you want, and continue to take care of you for the life of your glasses.
