In the past the doctors have been fine. The front end- office on the other hand is a wreck.

I have used this provider 3-4 times, yet they had no record of me being a customer. The wait time for an appointment was very long. The office was moved and no notification given to me for my appointment.

I showed up for the long awaited appointment and was told that the appointment was for the previous day, all the while the scheduler was telling me it was a new system and all the data didn't transfer over (me being a previous patient being one of those things).

She finally found my appointment and told me it was for the day before (which I very carefully set in my calendar because I was anxious to have someone look at a very active area on my scalp because of repeated bouts with skin cancer in that area)

After I am told that it is a new system, I am not an existing customer and my appointment was the previous day I was told that there was nothing she could do and I must have written the appointment down wrong....

The customer service is pitiful and I would not recommend this practice to anyone until they get their front end system improved

I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The wait was absolutely tpp long, however; I feel they regularly overbook. The office was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
