I've been seeing Dr. Erdman since High School, so I've been content. He is very nice, but his staff is a tad frustrating. I work in customer service and I know I would be let go if I spoke to people as she does.

I bought a beautiful pair of glasses here. There were many fashionable frames to choose from. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. When I arrived for my appointment , they were ready for me, and as always were friendly and efficient. I don't know how other places treat their patients, because I've been going to this doctor for over 20 years. The doctor gives great advice, and gives me choices, and helps me decide what is best for me. He makes sure I know about new technologies and lets me know what his other patients have thought about those new technologies, both good and bad. If he ever retires, it's going to be a sad day for me. I'm spoiled.
