I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was dismayed to find that they weren't willing or able to answer any of the questions I had. I didn't get any information and left feeling at a loss. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their employees are very RUDE and infront of patients. Never again, finding new pcp.
