I love him he's the best eye doctor because when u go to Walmart my sister just got glasses in her hand in 4 minutes Dr.Kay acually looks you over and gives you a real prescription. I LOVE YOU DR.RICHARD KAY

I have been seeing Dr. Kay for several years now. He and his staff are always wonderful. Highly recommended if you are looking for an eye care doctor.
