When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was referred on an emergency basis by my Primary Care Doc.They left me completely alone for a long time. Dr. Thompson told me to report at 9 am, as the 1st patient of the morning, but several hours and many patients later, I was told Dr. Thompson would NOT be seeing me. He NEVER examined me or even spoke to me. My condition was very bad and required immediate intervention by a Gastro-Enterologist. His Nurse sent me down the hall for X-Rays but the technician refused because X-Rays had already been done. Dr. Thompson let me suffer for days and days when I was finally sent to another Dr. who did help me. This guy is arrogant and not aware of current Mediciations that were prescribed by another Dr.. The new Medicine helped me feel better. Thompson seems to want to bill for as many procedures as possible. He billed Blue Cross $384.00 for NOT seeing me! Spare yourself and go directly to someone else.
