They didn't leave me unattended and I wasn't kept waiting in the appointment room. It was very easy to schedule an appointment once I called with a referral. They got me in right away!
Dr. Olstein is one of the most attentive doctors I've been to and he called to check on me the next day. It is obvious that his office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
