Dr. Gilbert is unusually thorough, diligent, knowledgable and gifted in his work. He goes the extra mile without even being asked. With only one good eye (and even that eye has issues), I need to have confidence that I am receiving the best possible service and care—and I am truly happy with Dr. Gilbert.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, the customer is always right here
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
