Did not call me back as promised after my extensive testing. Almost impossible to reach on the phone - constant busy signal. Would not recommend.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
My primary dissatisfaction was that Dr. Khanna required me to make an appointment to come in and hear the results of a test, which was negative - that is, nothing to worry about. I therefore had to take additional time from the work day, pay a $20 co-pay (not to mention the $$ charged to my insurance) to get information most doctors provide by phone. This struck me as padding the bill unnecessarily.
