After patiently waiting over 30 minutes for appointments for my two, two-year-olds, my husband and I decided to leave and reschedule our appointment. The staff was very rude and sarcastic insisting that our appointment was half an hour later than what I scheduled and what was written on the appointment card they sent me in the mail. There are plenty of ENT's in the area, find one who appreciates their patients, especially those that wait weeks to see them.
