Doctor/oral surgeon is great, but his nurses/assistants are terrible.

They did NOT allow me to keep my extracted wisdom teeth after I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO KEEP THEM

I had a great experience. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, although billing has been a bit complicated as my insurance carrier keeps rejecting the claim because the office allegedly did not submit it properly. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. With regards to medical care, Dr. Saunders was great - he was more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. It was clear that the staff respected each other and carried themselves professionally. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
