I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I have been waiting for over 7 days for him to simply read the mri that he ordered and he has not done so. I have been in severe pain for this entire time. I have had to call his office three times this week, only to find out that he takes Mondays and Fridays off. Also my original visit was for neurological test on my muscles as I am having issue with my tongue swelling. he put me thru a severe test involving acupuncture needles that had electricity shot thru them. Painful...oh yea, was I warned, no! this test as well was over 10days ago and as of yet he has not found the time to read the results and at least give me a cursory call. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
Also if you are not a PHD in science every question u ask about your body and his test and what is happening you are looked at as being ignorant and he decides if the question is worth answering... I am now in a bad place. I travel all week, I of course would come n as soon as he called. My new job may be in jeopardy if I can not find out the causes of my shoulder and neck pain. Will this Dr, step up and do his job? I hope so.

I had a seizure and was sent to Rockville Hospital where I had a MRI done and was sent to see Dr. Krinsky. On the day of my appointment, I waited an hour and 45 minutes to see him; watching another patient ahead of me give up and leave, skipping their appointment. My appointment was short, and he came off as talking down from his throne and did not come off as approachable. He told me that everything neurologically was fine and sent me on my way, with no followup or anything. Six months later I had another seizure and made sure I went elsewhere, where it was discovered that a brain issue that's existed since birth was the cause, suggesting that it should've been picked up by Dr. Krinsky's office. Would not recommend.

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

They were decent, but not very affordable

Although I was satisfied with Dr. Krinsky, the office staff is not very friendly and the wait time for my appointment was and always is extremely long. The wait time is routinely 3/4 hr. to 1-1/2 hours. Never an apology, sometimes an excuse. I have been going to him for over 20 years - why I keep going I don't know, other than there are not many neurologists locally.
