They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Although there was a extended wait the staff was friendly and the doctor apologized imediately for the delay. I felt he was direct straight forward although kindly put my mind at ease about the future procedures. If you want to be coddled you won't find it here just honest unflowered professionalism.
