I have been going ot this office for 15 years. I have never had an issue with any of the staff or with making appointments etc. They have always been polite and accomodating.

They were extremely rude and impolite. I've had multiple issues with this office. Dr Lahman himself was very intelligent, easy to talk too and overall a great Dr. Dealing with other staff was a nightmare. Refusing to answer questions, rude front desk employee, and when I asked question the nurse acted annoyed! There's good staff there that's nice and helpful but it doesn't compensate for the appalling staff.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
