I really like Dr. Thompson but his receptionist is not very friendly and the building does not have an automatic door opener to enter the building or the office, which is very difficult when I bring my mother to her appointment in her wheelchair. I have a very difficult time with this lack of accessibility.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
