I've been with Nan for over 15 years or more. She is very knowledgeable, and such a peoples person. She is really great at her job.

Both my husband and I are regularly treated by N Alexander, APRN as our primary caregiver. She is thorough, highly knowledgeable and makes sure every question is answered, She is always available if there are additional questions I want answered. Our phonecalls are always returned as soon as possible - they've never left me waiting. An extremely professional and caring group and Nanette is one of best diagnosticians we have encountered in our many medical experiences. This West Hartford location is convenient and parking free.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
