I have been her patient for many years. The office staff has changed several times, from good to bad and sometimes rude and now, lately they have been a very courteous group. The doctor is terrifically insightful and finds issues that others have missed. I came to appreciate her over the years and can recommend her but she is a little chilly when you first know her. She is not warm and fuzzy but is the first to hug you if you are feeling upset. I really like her and have never had a problem getting an appointment, especially since she has a fresh staff that are nice to patients.Dr. K. is a very talented diagnostician and if something's wrong, she will find it.

Dr. Kackielo is considerate and concerned with my well-being. Her advice is always unbiased. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. The assisting staff are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really like the relaxed environment. I've never felt rushed when seeing Dr. K and she is patient in answering whatever questions I have. The staff are capable of providing many tests right there in the office. I have referred several friends there. I couldn't be happier with this doctor!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
