Dr. Beris is a good doctor - a little clinical but she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find and is always very neat and clean.

I love Drs Mortera and Soriano! They listen and answer any and every question no matter how silly I feel asking it. They are so calm and nice that I don't feel stressed even when there is a concern. I leave feeling well-informed. I've called at off hours, in the middle of the night once and the staff responded right away and answered all my questions and calmed my fears. They are wonderful. I am so happy I found them!

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
