Dr Jacoby is great and I trust him. Also the women that work in the Hamden office are wonderful. I have had several issues however with his secretary. Once she had me go to the wrong office (there is one in New Haven and one in Hamden). I only go to one office so when I went for a checkup and found out it was the wrong office I had to schedule a new appointment and take double the time off of work. Also on several occasions I have had a hard time getting through and not getting called back. If only Dr Jacoby had a better secretary who was more polite and concerned about patients. If you're able to make an appointment I don't think you will be disappointed.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how questions or concerns I had, Dr. Jacoby was patient with me and took the time to explain in terminology I could understand. I will absolutely return and highly recommend this Cardiologist! I had an amazing experience as a solid back-up to my primary care physician.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Somewhat, they should have been more polite
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed
