I went in with a lot of foot pain. I have Morton's neuroma. Dr gosnay gave me a shot of cortisone in the exact nerve that was giving me the pain. He gave me a metatarsal foot pad for the bottom of my foot. I have been pain free for 3 weeks! This is amazing because I am a pharmacy tech and am on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day.
