Though we were on time for our appointment, we waited 90 minutes to be taken to examination rooms. The waiting area was very crowded and noisy. We also waited another 30 minutes after being called in. Then Mr. Sarigul spent only 6 minutes with us. He was not really listening to or trying to understand us. He was giving unrelated answers and comments to my wife's questions. When we needed a refill for his prescription after a month, they wanted my wife to take the medicine bottle to them, because they did not have any record of medication. Apparently they are not good at keeping patient records.
And we decided to change our pediatrician to somebody else...

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Yes

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
