They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
He gave me a diet in Spanish I am American Born and onlt speak Jersey. He denied ever seeing me although prior when making an appointment they mentioned it had been Six years. You don't forget who does your colonoscopy. Arrogant.

One thing that I appreciated about this office was their waiting room. The chairs were nice-very comfortable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
