Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

I have been a patient for over 10 years and service provided by this staff is very poor. The average wait time from the time I get there and am seen by the Dr is between 2-3 hours. If you are 5 minutes late they will cancel the appointment and ask to reschedule date is at least a minimum of 1-2 month(s). The Dr. doesn't return after hours phone calls. I would recommend this Dr only if you don't have any illness and just need a yearly physical. If you have any serious illness, look for another Dr.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
