Due to the fact a female doctor no longer works there I wanted to cancel my appointment. I was then told there would be a $25 fee for cancellation. If I had known this previously I would not have made an appointment with them at all. Theyll do anything for extra money I guess.

The office is easy enough to find. They make sure every question I have is answered and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, everything went well. I had some unexpected complications that Dr. Beauchamp detected and dealt with effectively. Our new daughter is gorgeous. I will conintue to use this office. We had a great experience.

I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I was kind of unimpressed with my experience here so I'm not sure if I would recommend them, but I wouldn't persuade others not to go either. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
