I didn't even get in to see her - 6-8 weeks wait to get an appointment - cancelled by the office as I drove to the appointment, second appointment cancelled today "scheduling difficulties". I don't have time for this rude and inconsiderate treatment.

The doctor made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff, however, was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'll be going back for the doctor; hopefully the office environment gets better once the merger is done.

She answered most of my questions but some explanations were not that clear.

Their staff was not friendly or helpful. No smile at all. When it came to the payment, I told their stuff I was fully covered by my insurance, they showed very angry attitude and insisted that I should pay them right there. Then, I called my husband in and he explained to them again and asked them to mail the bill. The result was we were right the insurance did cover everything and there never came to the bill. Also, they promised they would let me know the result after the test, however, they never called. Until two months later, I could not wait any longer and I called them.

Seriously speaking, the bad experience with their staff almost ruined the doctor's image completely.

You know, everyone wants to visit doctors in a friendly way to find the right solutions to live better, instead of getting bad emotions and being treated like a criminal!

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
