I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child.
