I am active duty United States Navy and wanted to get my 10 month old son his second flu shot while he was home for the holidays, as I was still away with the Marines and my wife was back in NJ with him. They told me, after keeping me on hold for 13:46, "OH NO - we don't do that! we can't help you." When I explained the situation again, thinking there may have been a communication issue, I was told "you need to call somewhere else in NJ -- There are plenty of pediatricians." I guess this is the kind of service this practice offers to the families of those serving in the armed forces. Nice. When we do move back to NJ eventually, I sure won't be coming here.

I have been going to this Drs office for a long time. They are always available to see my child. The only issue I have is sometime the Rx's they prescribe, my insurance never wants to cover, but that is not their fault, but it can be a pain.

I have been going to this pediatrician's office since my daughter was 1 month old (she is going to be in December). This office is great with appointments, you never have to wait a long time to set an appointment. My only complaint about this office is the actual wait time to see the pediatrician, this usually takes a considerable amount of time however, the doctors at this practice are great, very caring with the patients and they answer any questions that I have. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
